About ZOGA Agro-Allied

An integrated operator on Nigeria's most strategic crop.

ZOGA Agro-Allied is the agricultural pillar of ZOGA Holdings — a Nigerian group chaired by Her Majesty Queen Zaynab Otiti Obanor and structured to partner with federal agencies, development banks, and international agricultural research.

Abuja, Nigeria — headquarters
Headquartered in Abuja · Smallholder operations across Nigeria

ZOGA Agro-Allied develops and operates an integrated cassava value chain in Nigeria. The operating brief is food security and cross-border African trade — anchored in Nigerian production, Nigerian processing, and Nigerian jobs.

Nigeria is already the world's largest producer of cassava, but most of that value is lost at the handoffs — between farm and processor, processor and industrial buyer. ZOGA Agro-Allied is built to operate continuously across all four stages of the chain, so that value stays inside the country and flows back to the producer at every step.

The business is structured in partnership with the Bank of Industry, the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (CATAS), and Nigerian federal agencies charged with agricultural development. It sits within ZOGA Holdings alongside ZOGA Capital and ZOGA Mining — three pillars sharing a single Abuja group office, a single Chairperson, and a consistent long-horizon posture.

What we are not

  • We are not a raw-commodity trader. Our default path is primary processing inside Nigeria.
  • We are not a subsidy vehicle. Producer pricing and offtake are structured on commercial terms.
  • We do not work around producer organisations. Aggregation runs through recognised cooperatives and farmer groups.
From the group Chairperson
